Meet JADEN, your guide INSIDE OPEN FIELD
You've made it all the way here and so now you're probably wondering— who am I and how did I get here? It makes sense that you asked.
I never planned to work in consulting or personal development. My background started with snowboarding, flipping houses, owning a window washing company, and marketing for Fortune 500 companies.
For years I felt completely trapped between two worlds... either making money in real estate and marketing or enjoying my life by snowboarding daily.
This crossroads made me feel empty because no matter how much I achieved, I wasn't doing what I actually wanted. And I quickly realized two things...
1. No amount of money can make you happy if you don't have something to look forward to
2. No amount of "fun" can satisfy you unless you have money and you're proud of what you're doing
And so I set off to figure out how to do both.
I hired mentors, meditated, and decided I would try my hand at starting a business I actually enjoyed. It didn't take me long to realize this was the secret ingredient all along.
What I came to understand is this: the more aligned you are, the more creative you are. And the more your creative energy goes into purposeful work, the more your life changes— not just your wallet, but your body, relationships, daily routine, wisdom and innovation in your work, and your entire world.
For a long time, I thought the next breakthrough would come from another strategy, system, or a way to 10x my revenue.
What actually supported me most was working with the right people and environments that brought me back to myself and my vision.
That’s why I’m obsessed with helping you scale your business your way— and why I'm a stand for you being able to lay your head down at night and feel proud of what you’ve built.
