I recently quit my full time job of six years to pour my focus into my work as an artist, researcher and educator. The process of transitioning my passion to my profession while maintaining a healthy balance between work and self has been overwhelming. Jaden's Masterclass started a week and a half after my last day at work, and the timing could not have been more perfect for me. I have never had any sort of business coaching before, so this course was a totally new experience. Throughout the weeklong class, Jaden was able to illuminate and unpack so many of the physiological, mental, and emotional challenges related to entrepreneurship and wellbeing. I learned tons of tools to help me recognize and address the ways I get stuck, from mantras to journal prompts to reframing my thoughts. We learned how to identify behavioral patterns that are limiting our growth, and how to make choices that will lead to different results. There is absolutely no hocus pocus to Jaden's approach– her teaching is so logical and human centric that every day left me feeling like, "woah, duh, of course that's true, I can totally do this." In one short week this Masterclass provided me with a strong foundation to build on, and Jaden's mindfulness, generosity and tenacity are a gift that keeps on giving. Thank you!
